As a customer understander and excellent consultant, Simon leads the projects of DEXPRO Solutions. He devotes all his energy to the project success of our customers.

With Simon Koch, a very experienced and acknowledged ECM expert accompanies us to the next level. His vast experience and his consulting expertise, far beyond product and process knowledge, makes him our MFC - Most Frequented Consultant.

Deep Learning on Documents - for Max, the serial linking of AI models and methods is the desired challenge. No problem is so big that Max would not devote himself to this task.

With a creative eye and a keen attention to detail, Alex is primarily responsible for DEXPRO’s event management, corporate branding, as well as our web and social media presence.

Sabrina is the heart of our order processing. She organizes the entire operation - from incoming orders to license creation, monitors all internal processes and constantly optimizes them with a lot of dedication and precision.

Markus sovereignty is the world of regulated processes. With a lot of expertise and logic, Markus develops the backend platform of DEXPRO and delivers the future of process automation.

His endless energy and a high passion for efficient applications characterize Maxi’s developer and creator competence.

Christoph keeps growing with each Microsoft Dynamics NAV version - since 2008, he understands and enhances the MBC-based solutions in detail with beneficial developments.

Bernd has been part of the Dynamics world since 2016, starting with NAV. Today, he designs, develops, and supports our apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and brings Squeeze to a new platform with the app Squeeze for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

The world of frontends is his home, no matter which language and which framework is currently in fashion, Helge handles them all. With a lot of user - and functional understanding, Helge develops the interfaces of tomorrow.

Her eye is focused on each pixel, each DIV, and each HEX value. The DEXPRO front end is her home. Using Vue.js 3 and lots of JavaScript, Sofia creates the user experience our clients love. Simple, fast and fancy.

His sole passion is document recognition. Achieving the maximum possible is just good enough for Achim. With lots of energy and passion, he extracts all the information from documents and processes.

Vahdettin’s drive and his constantly positive mindset set mountains in motion; fortunately, most of the time it’s just program code. With him, Pair Programming in the SQUEEZE back-end became a lived and loved daily routine.

Trained in an IT forge in Göttingen, Julian has been providing essential communication for DEXPRO products and customer projects since summer 2021 - since web services are his passion and profession.

Our networker Friedrich manages the partner and customer network of DEXPRO with a lot of technical know-how, high personal competence and his unique Potsdam charm.

As his title "Grandmaster" suggests, Marc is a true chess master – strategic, forward-thinking, and always one move ahead. His foresight, combined with a great sense of humor and a calm, explanatory charm, makes him the perfect project manager and grandmaster of the DEXPRO projects.

Florian is our all-round developer for the DEXPRO Portal, Squeeze and DevOps. He automates and optimizes development processes, supports the “Operations” team in the operation of the DEXPRO Cloud and is enthusiastic about modern operating concepts such as “Kubernetes”. Flexible and committed, he is on hand wherever help is needed and acquires new skills quickly.

Mirco is our expert for the development and optimization of Squeeze and the AI Cloud. As a dedicated and motivated software developer, he is always keen to optimize internal processes and thus achieve even better team results. And it's not just when it comes to technical cookies that nobody can beat him - he regularly creates a good atmosphere in the team with home-baked cookies!

Ahmad is our young star in the AI team! With fresh academic knowledge and the latest theoretical insights from his time at university, he enriches our AI product development and ensures that Squeeze works more and more intelligently and automatically for our customers.

With his experience and motivation, our Berlin resident Tom advises our customers on our solutions and accompanies the transformation of files and processes into the digital world with a high degree of positive energy.

Alexander, aka "Skywalker," designs and runs our highly available, cloud-native platforms. Think multi-cluster Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, service mesh, and anything scalable and fault-tolerant. When the cluster goes up in flames, Skywalker calmly steps in with a  "kubectl apply" - and the Force is back in balance.

Our Vienna-based TURBO combines speed with reliability. In project management and ECM consulting, he ensures that projects move forward efficiently and with clear direction.

Michael, aka “Vuesualizer,” brings a wealth of experience to our team as a Full-Stack Developer. With his extensive knowledge of Vue.js, he brings a fresh breeze to our frontends.

Tim combines many years of experience in data extraction with innovative approaches to problem-solving. As ECM & DMS Project Manager and Technical Key Account Manager, he brings his expertise to our projects with direct clients.

Our “Code Acrobat” Daniel stays calm and keeps a clear overview, even when dealing with complex topics and software documentation. Through thorough testing, he ensures our Squeeze backend runs reliably – and perhaps his hobby Acro Yoga helps him maintain balance at work, too.

Lena supports our development team as Scrum Master and oversees release planning, prioritization, and backlog management with a structured, forward-thinking approach.

With Sören, we have an experienced PHP backend developer on board. His title, “DEXPRO WARDEN,” says it all: he’s our go-to expert for everything related to data security.

Ines is our customers’ first point of contact whenever they have questions about our solution. With great enthusiasm and energy, she coordinates our first- and second-level support and ensures that our documentation is always up to date.

Tom is quick to get to grips with new topics and technologies. He enjoys bringing existing systems up to date, which is making him a great fit for his role as ECM/DMS Consultant and Project Manager.

Paola has two areas of responsibility within our company: She serves as our central point of contact for all HR-related matters, taking care of our team members’ needs and concerns. In addition, she is responsible for various tasks within the commercial and administrative area.
